Welcome to my page! My name is Greta, and I am entering my sixth year of music teaching in South Jersey! In my job, I teach K-8 general music and run two choirs, a 3/4 grade groups and a 5-8 grade group.
I largely follow music learning theory in my teaching. With this, I do a lot of student-centered projects and activities. I like to give students opportunities to be creative regardless of their musical backgrounds or interests. I also provide opportunities for students to learn different instruments, including ukulele, keyboards, and percussion instruments.
In addition to teaching, I love coffee, the beach, and my King Charles Cavalier, Louie!
